Neighbors’ Educational Opportunities (NEO) is holding a celebration of the 10-plus years of existence as an educational opportunity in Northwest Indiana. The celebration will be June 2, 2022 from 3:30pm-6:30pm at NEO’s location on US Highway 6 in Portage. Region residents are invited to join Neighbors’ Educational Opportunities (NEO) as they celebrate the successes and impact NEO has had on individuals in the Region. Take a tour of the facility that houses their adult education program, English as a Second Language program, and New Vistas High School.
